If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you receive from us for
any reason, just send your item back to us within 30-days from receiving your
order along with a copy of your packing slip.
If
you wish to make an exchange for a different size or item, place another order
for the correct item and it will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days. Send
the resalable and unused item you wish to exchange back to us within 30 days along
with a copy of the packing slip. No postage will be refunded. Your refund will
be credited within 15 days of receiving your return.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping is nonrefundable
and restocking fee of 10% applies for all returns. All returned items must be
in resalable condition and include the original product tags. Items showing any
signs of use, wear or damage will not be replaced. We do not guarantee against
chewing, scratching, excessive tugging/pulling, etc. Do not pack your return using
newsprint.
Our return policy applies only if you purchased your product
directly from "Kristalas Imports". If you purchased your item(s) from
a third party, such as a retail outlet, dog show or through a catalog, the third
party's rules for return and warranty issues will apply.
